I like fitness but every now and then I feel like the person who invented fitness should be shot in the face. I do like running so thats good, it helps me prepare for cross country. So yeah. Thats what we do for fitness :)

Fitness on Monday
In room 9 we do fitness everyday. For fitness we do a few laps of the court (today we did 5), then we do shuttle relay which is when you are on the court and you start at one line and then you run to the next line, come back, got to the next line, come back, go to the last line and run back and tag the next person in the line. Then we play a game called shot which is basically ball tag. For running I came first in the class (yay!) and then I had to wait for the rest of the class to come. After we did shuttles we played shot with room 8. Room 8 had the ball first and they tried to get majority of our class out but they only got 6 of us out. They passed the ball to us and it was our turn to be 'in'. After 2 minutes we got 12 of them out so we won.
