In the weekend...

Yes another recount! Don't look at me like that, The people demanded it (in other words my teacher). So what did I do in the weekend...hmm *scratches chin* 

Ah yes. I had my last club softball game for the season on Saturday, it was pretty sad because that would mean I don't have anything to do on Saturday's and also softball is my favourite sport. :') We played another club team called the 'Bears' they were a pretty good team, we only lost by one run (point) which is pretty good. 

After the game our coach took us to McDonald's because it was well.. the last game. We stayed at McDonald's for about 1/2 an hour eating ice cream and drinking frozen coke. When we finished I told Fa'asua and Lupe to meet me at the school so we could go to countdown because I brought some money. I gave them $1.50 each. We bought chips, coke and sour cream. I bought my own chips and sour cream though because I wanted it for myself... I didn't feel like sharing...>.> When we finished in countdown I ran all the way home from Lupe's house and met my mum in the living room. I opened my chips and sour cream because I was hungry. :) 

On Sunday I stayed the whole day at school to help fundraise for ski trip. We charged each car $3 for parking for how long they want. The cultural festival was about 3 minutes away from our school so a lot of cars came. Even my friends that are in high school came! Selena and I went to the festival and bought a lot of food, I bought a burger and satay chicken. It was good :3 

At around 2:30 Selena and I walked to countdown to spend the rest of our money, I bought bagel crisps, mentos and mint ice cream. We walked back and ate our food and I being ever so nice shared my bagel crisps.

My favourite part on Sunday was when I found an empty trolley so Amber, Selena, Wailun and I spent about 2 and 1/2 hours taking turns pushing each other in it around the court. Then Fa'asua saw that I was in the trolley so she pushed me while I was blasting music from my phone, when my mum texted me that she was in the carpark to pick me up Fa'asua pushed me (while I was in the trolley) all the way to my car.

So yeah. I had a pretty good weekend :) 

Fitness on Monday

In room 9 we do fitness everyday. For fitness we do a few laps of the court (today we did 5), then we do shuttle relay which is when you are on the court and you start at one line and then you run to the next line, come back, got to the next line, come back, go to the last line and run back and tag the next person in the line. Then we play a game called shot which is basically ball tag. For running I came first in the class (yay!) and then I had to wait for the rest of the class to come. After we did shuttles we played shot with room 8. Room 8 had the ball first and they tried to get majority of our class out but they only got 6 of us out. They passed the ball to us and it was our turn to be 'in'. After 2 minutes we got 12 of them out so we won. 

I like fitness but every now and then I feel like the person who invented fitness should be shot in the face. I do like running so thats good, it helps me prepare for cross country. So yeah. Thats what we do for fitness :)

Yes... another recount :D

So today we had this show in the hall were 3 guys came in, their names are Felix, Jono and I forgot the other guys name... I think it was Mel...>.> 

The show was about a prophecy that included Anansi and Loki.

Anansi is the west African god of trickery and stories and Loki is the Norse god of trickery. In the prophecy it said that Loki was going to bring the end of the world (Norse ragnarok) and Anansi was the only one that will be able to stop it.

Anansi was played by Mel and Loki was played by Felix while Jono narrated the story. It was really funny and there was a few other characters:

Death-Felix,

Anansi's daughter-Jono,

Anansi's wife-Jono,

Odin-Felix,

Loki's wife-Jono,

Fa'asua and I were laughing throughout the show because it was really funny.

One of my favourite parts was when Mel played the snake the is punishing Loki by dripping venom (water in this case) on Loki's face. Felix was Loki and when his 'wife' (Jono) came to collect the venom in a bucket so that it would give Loki a break, So anyway my favourite part was when Loki's wife pretended that the bucket was full and she needed to empty it so she chucked the water in the crowd wetting a few students (including me).

So yeah, It was pretty fun, It lasted about 1/2 an hour I think :D

My weekend

So i'm just going to be talking about what I did on Saturday because I didn't really do anything on Sunday.

On Saturday I was supposed to go softball but I had to have some 'family bonding time' apparently. I didn't want to go, I just wanted to stay home in my pyjamas and talk to Selena on gmail. My dad said I should come and I was becoming 'a house mouse'. I being the wonderful daughter I am said I will go as long as I can listen to my music on my phone with no questions and you saying put it away. He sighed and said yes so I went and changed into my batman shirt and tights :D I put on my shoes, got my money and earphones and brushed my hair.

About 1/2 an hour we were ready and went to go have some pizza for lunch at pizza express. After that we went and roamed around random places. My favourite things were going to the fishing bridge by a motorway. It was really fun because before you stepped on the bridge a few feet was a path going to this mini cliff thing. My favourite song came on my phone so I looked around and started singing while dancing around my parents. I was kicking the dirt, playing air guitar/drums and then I jumped and landed in the mud and my right leg went to the right and my left leg went to the left so I did like the splits, I jumped up, pretended that never happened and started to jam out again. My dad sighed and shook his head and my mum said jokingly:

"I disown you"

I laughed because we all know she loves me too much :)

My second favourite part was going to the three kings warehouse and because my mum felt guilty for not getting me anything when I became deputy headgirl, she bought my a grey wonderwoman skater dress.

So yeah. A little about my Saturday :D

Read Theory.

Today we did a test on Read theory. It was a reading test (duh... the name of the website (-_-) )

The test had 10 questions and I got all of them right :D After the test the website had mini quizzes. Yay.... (Note the sarcasm) after we each did 5 mini quizzes we had to write a blog about the test. So here I am... The test was pretty easy and I think the year 7's got a different test, I'm not sure. So yeah... Imma just go...
